§ Sectors

Where the complexity is.

We focus on the most concentrated and risk-exposed industrial chains in Europe. These are the sectors where Tier-N depth, single-source concentration, and regulatory exposure are highest. Detailed sector dossiers are in preparation.

§ 01 Coverage

Six sectors. Deep by design.

Starting where the chain is longest, the dependencies most opaque, and the regulatory scrutiny most acute.

001

Semiconductors & Electronics

The Critical Raw Materials Act names the inputs this sector runs on: gallium and germanium for compound semiconductors, silicon metal for wafers, plus boron, rare earth elements, and the platinum-group metals used across advanced electronics. We resolve the networks beneath European chipmakers, their equipment suppliers, and the wider electronics stack down to these raw-material sources.

002

Industrial Machinery

Precision components, specialised tooling, motion control and automation systems underpin European manufacturing competitiveness. Supply chains in this sector are long, fragmented, and rarely disclosed below Tier 1.

003

Pharmaceuticals

Active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, and starting materials frequently trace back to a handful of single-source sites. TwinStealth maps API dependencies, cold-chain and contract-manufacturing networks, and the concentration risk buried deep in the pharmaceutical supply base.

004

Energy & Chemicals

LNG infrastructure, green hydrogen feedstocks, PFAS-related chemical chains, and the energy transition supply stack all carry deep concentration risk. We track feedstock sourcing, processing bottlenecks, and regulatory exposure across the transition.

005

Automotive

The EV transition has redrawn the supply chain from steel and combustion to battery chemistry and critical minerals. TwinStealth maps cell chemistry sourcing, cathode material supply, rare-earth dependencies, and the reshoring moves beneath the largest OEMs.

006

Aerospace & Defence

Dual-use components, export control exposure, sovereign supply requirements, and lengthy qualification cycles make this sector exceptionally hard to map. TwinStealth resolves the sub-tier networks where strategic dependencies concentrate.
